As seniors finish their last days of high school, they may be reflecting on their high school experiences. With so many successful individuals in Bradley High School, read on to some share what led to their success and enjoyment of high school.

Emma Abate (12)

“My advice to underclassmen is to get involved, you’ll meet all kinds of people, find friends where you didn’t know you’d find friends. But also don’t overwhelm yourself with getting involved… Choose things you love, and you don’t have to stay in the things you don’t like… Just find your passions and role with it, meet people, have fun, learn to become more confident because not everybody’s judging you all the time.”

Julian Perez (12)

“Get involved in activities. The more you involve yourself in activities the more experiences you gain, the more people you’ll meet, the happier you’ll feel as a fully fleshed out person.”

Evan Rygalski (12)

“Work hard and stay focused is the most important [to being successful].”

Elijah Whitehall (12)

“Take advantage of all opportunities given to you, it’ll go faster than you think.”

Hannah Showalter (12)

“Try to get as involved as you can because it really does fly by, they are not lying when they say ‘high school really does fly by’.”

Members of the class of 2024 share their best advice for the rest of us. Clockwise from top left: Showalter, Whitehall, Perez, Abate, and Rygalski will graduate on May 24. Photos courtesy of students.
