You might’ve seen all over Tiktok that superstar singer/songwriter Taylor Swift has caught the attention of arguably the best tight end in the NFL. It’s not exactly breaking news at this point - but it is certainly getting serious and sparking opinions.
Swift has already made an appearance at not just one, but two of Kelce’s games. Both at which she already sat with Donna Kelce, Travis’ mother. She even brought some famous friends to the Jets - Chiefs game, including Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Blake Lively, Sophie Turner, and Sabrina Carpenter.
Since their relationship went public, Kelce’s Jersey sales have also increased by “nearly 400%,” declared by a Fanatics spokesperson.
People around the Jungle have mixed feelings about their relationship. Addison Rooney (10) finds their relationship “cute,” and appreciates that they’re both “equally famous.” However, Gary Mullins (11) claims that all he sees on ESPN is Swift and Kelce’s relationship, and wants them to “shut up” about it.
Media Specialist Ms. Thomas believes the outcome of their relationship is a “publicity stunt,” as it will give both Kelce and Swift “more clicks and views,” so it’s a “win-win” for both sides.
It’s been over two weeks since the media started covering this new pop culture duo, and their relationship seems to be getting more and more serious. At first, Kelce was all about, some might say, “spilling the tea,” on their relationship. Since then, Kelce believes that broadcasts are “overdoing it a little bit” with showing Swift all the time during football games, according to nbcsports.com.
To avoid being the anti-hero and causing bad blood, fans are ready to accept this love story and let the two lovers be fearless in public.
